お問い合わせフォーム、メールで、お名前、会社・団体名、メールアドレス、電話番号、ご相談内容など、ご本人が入力した情報を取得します。

Details you enter in our enquiry forms or emails: name, organisation, email, phone number and your message.

• 出店・出演・協賛・ボランティア等の参加調整
• ナマステ福岡の開催案内のお知らせ（ご希望の方のみ）

To reply to you, to arrange your participation, and to send festival news if you ask for it.

3. 第三者への提供Sharing

法令に基づく場合、またはご本人の同意がある場合を除き、個人情報を第三者に提供しません。会場運営の委託先等と共有する場合は、必要な範囲に限り適切に管理します。

We do not share your details with third parties except where the law requires it or you agree.

ウェブサイトのフォームから送信された内容は、実行委員会のGmail（Google LLCのメールサービス）宛に届きます。

Messages sent through the website form are delivered to the committee’s Gmail inbox (a Google LLC service).

4. 管理Security

個人情報は、漏えい・紛失を防ぐため適切に管理し、利用目的を終えた情報は速やかに削除します。

We keep your details secure and delete them when no longer needed.

5. 写真・動画の撮影と掲載Photos and video at the festival

会場では、記録・広報のため当委員会が写真・動画を撮影し、公式サイト、SNS、印刷物、開催報告書に掲載することがあります。掲載を希望されない方、掲載後に削除を希望される方は、下記までご連絡ください。速やかに対応します。

We take photos and video at the festival and may publish them on our website, social media, print materials and reports. If you do not want to appear, or want a photo removed, contact us and we will act promptly.

6. アクセス解析Website analytics

当サイトでは、利用状況を把握するためにアクセス解析ツールを使用する場合があります。収集されるデータは匿名で、個人を特定するものではありません。
